I'm not upset that I haven't lost weight this week considering that I just started menstruating. So I should lose weight by the time it's over.

I am SO glad I don't do that anymore...(hysterectomy at age 35, 60 now), however, the doc left my ovaries, so the fluctuations are still there from time to time, as well as the lovely mood junk lol - hang in there, and enjoy the drop at the end of the week :)
