I had a flat bread pizza the day before yesterday, it was delicious, 452 calories. Next day I woke up being 200 grams heavier, I assume the carbohydrates retained water. Fasted for 24 hours yesterday and went to the gym, it was hard but after 15 mins of exercise the hunger stopped. I was in level 3 ketosis last night. Woke up late today, 300 grams lighter than 3 days ago and a pound lighter than yesterday. Weight loss is never steady, they are up and downs, the important thing I guess I to take one day at a time. Today two weeks ago I started my journey, I have lost 3.4 kilos since then (7.5 pounds), too early days to notice on my clothes but overall positive result.
