If I were you I would order the kit. They have buy one get on 50% off which is a good deal. I find this actually saves me time and money because I just take my fiber and whats in the kit! I can JUST now fit into everything in my closet. some tight some loose. but I can wear everything right now! I gained alot of weight over the last 3 years I blame menopause. I went on every diet, watched my calories and exersized with no results. THIS is the first time in 3 years I have been able to lose any weight. Just have lots of chicken breast cooked and ready to go. I grill 7 chicken breasts over the weekend. Chop each up and put into a baggie. 3 I freeze for later in the week and 4 I have in the fridge. I can grab one of these in the am and throw it into a side salad that I bought for a buck from somewhere. I also always have 7 apples ready to go. I need to grab food on the run for my job and this makes it so easy. Oh yeah I also have 2 hard boiled eggs peeled and in a baggie for each day for breakfast. I have 2 eggs for breakfast, an apple for a snack and my chicken for my lunch. Sometimes I have brocolli in 7 baggies to go with my lunch on the go too. Also have something ready for your after work I walked in the door and need to eat now time. I have my smoothie at that time or just the whey protein mixed with a glass of water if I am in a real hurry, People have even seen me with my water bottle filled with the whey protein water mix.. I know the most boring smoothie of all... but it really works for me if I am working out after work. a scoop of powder in a baggie cut the corner of the baggie drink some of the borrled water pour in the whey put the lid back on and just shake it up and drink it down. I think of this as my glass of milk now!
