Day 2 down 3. It must be water weight but I will take it. Last night I slept like a rock! I think I might be tired from the first day on the plan. I know that I body will definitely be strange for a bit while all of the sugar leaves. So far no headache. I haven't got organic coffee yet but I have limited my self to 1 cup a day. Today I am off to the movies with my 8 year old son. It will be hard not to get the popcorn but I feel focused and love that 3 have dropped so I will use that for my motivation.
