I'm back on the scene, but I'm not weighing in 'til tomorrow... back from a week with the in-laws, where they were apparently determined that I return home 10 pounds heavier. I'm not sure that they didn't succeed! I know, I know, they didn't force the food down my throat, but it's awfully hard to insist that the very gracious hosts that provide literally everything for us also create separate meals for me alone. After 2 days of trying to be good on whatever was "allowed", I gave up and everything went quickly downhill. Tomorrow we'll see how much damage I've done.

Dont give up -you just had a baby! my youngest is 13 and i am still carrying the weight!You need to take this one slow and do this at your own convience-you can do it justgive yourself time for you(if you can find it) its hard when you have kids to make food for everyone and something different for your self.Start off with drinking more water and going for walks with the kids-do what you can but dont make yourself crazy! Were here for you!
