The only solids I eat are 1 small dill pickle OR 1/2 cup peeled, sliced cucumber and sugar free jello. The program I am on is whey protein and milk protein with 135% of daily nutrients. The flavor choices are chicken soup, tomatoe soup, chocolate with fiber, vanilla and chocolate pudding, pineapple orange, mocha and strawberry. I plan on doing the 4 meal replacements until phase 2 of the program where I will transition to nutritious food (basically southbeach) My goal is to change the way I think and eat for life so I can stop this endless cycle. We have a great support system in this program and I am very pleased. Don't get me wrong, it takes a lot of self discipline. I believe I have lost 21 lbs so far (wk 7), not sure because my scale and the clinic scale is about 3 lbs difference.
