agree with you it has to stop. it's a mind thing. look at it this way, it should be to rejuvenate the body so it defeats the purpose if you load your body with crappy foods which will ultimately make you feel tired. so try leaner or healthier versions because you also want food that makes you feel good

I’ve seen so many times how letting go on weekends makes me lose my whole week’s progress, I don’t like weekends, coz everyone is chilled and everyone tells me, eat what you want to eat, you can just start again on Monday. It doesn’t work for me at all. My advice: eat good still and work in maybe one/two cheat meal/s (not cheat day or cheat weekend) and try stay a little active at least by walking or so. I like doing my Saturday 7am class and for Sunday I’ll just try and walk a lot or have a small gym session in the morning/afternoon just so I don’t throw myself off just because it’s weekend 🎉 😋
