So, today is the first day of an uncompetitive 8-week eating plan for maintaining (and a little fat loss while I push my training at gym up a notch).
Did Jump City Durban this past Friday night! Was such fun but I was petty useless on most of the obstacles - haha. Definitely need more strength and more running stamina, too. I did have flu for a full week leading up to it, so I'm excusing myself somewhat.
Now keeping a look out for 5km (and maybe 10km) "events" like obstacle courses, hikes in nature reserves, etc. Need to keep myself interested in the exercise I do or else I get bored... :)
Still loving gym. Today was Bums&Tums - phew - a good session.
