Really trying to embrace a Keto plan this week. I’ve never tried it because i need flexibility to eat anywhere with my on the go, in a plane, eating out lifestyle.
So... day 2 has been successful so far. Stomach cramps this morning... but that could be gas from the fats or the time of the month. Who knows? Staying strong. I’m impressed that ppl can do this for months. My immediate goal is 7 days. Any diet for 7 days without cheating is impossible for me.
