The initial loss is basically the water weight and i have been on and off keto for a long time so my body adapts to keto very fast. So whatever Weight i have accumulated in past two months of vacation , i lose it easily , I follow a low carb diet with a lot of vegetables and also i fast 18 to 23 hours, not regularly but in a rhythms (recommended for woman)

You should try the traditional method of weight loss. I hear intermittent fast and keto creates hormonal imbalance among women

Well, to each its own, i have tried various diets and workout routines and this benefits me the most. I am not blindly following anything or anyone. I do my research beforehand. Also, its just not about weight. Its basically your physical and mental health and i feel great doing what i do. Cheers x
