Thank goodness this past weekends partying and eating a little bad together with the alcohol (thanks Innibos🤣🙈) didn’t do me too much damage...besides that, I ate really good. Excited for this new week and I’ve been eating good all along and avoiding sugar! Will try keep up with my food log again, couldn’t keep it up this weekend as I had really bad cellphone reception where I stayed. But I’m back on track with working out and so ready for the gym in this cold weather 💪🏼 will try post a lot of pics in the coming 2 weeks😀
