nurserambo's Dagbog, 20 feb 08

woohoo the work week is over, now i can get back to my real life. my diet has been pretty good this week have only gone over my points one day and it was only by a tiny bit, i still have 33.5 of the extras left and i weigh in tomarrow. but i'm kind of in a funk :( bad brain, because physically i feel well and strong, i wonder if my sick and twisted perversion of my body image and habitual food binging will ever heal it's self?

anyhow....have been without a defined goal for a little bit now and thought this might help me get over the hump. my goal to is lose 15 pounds and obtain my 50 pound charm by May Day. to obtain my weight loss goal i need to:

1) stay faithful to my meetings and attend weekly
2) drink 2L of H20 daily
3) track faithfully, even on the days i don't want to because i've over eaten!!
4) get at least 20 exercise points weekly.
5) do some kind of cardio movement daily and not use my work schedule as an excuse.
6) keep a positive state of mind, no self loathing allowed. because if the mind can concieve it the body can achieve it!
7) love myself and surround myself with loving and supportive people and actions.

okay! that looks great. now lets get started today!~rebecca
