tip: in a tablespoon oil fry onion and then add spice fry little more add tomatoes till softens add water to make it liquid .... cool until all tomatoe dissolved add boiled eggs that are halved or whole with slits... this way eggs soak up the juices. this is 1 of my favorites .... I can even add the eggs raw to the cooking tomatoes let it cook on low heat till eggs cook thru divine
