ooooh, ate too many leftovers today from cooking class last night. and beef short ribs - are they reeeally that high in calories? Jeez, that's crazy. I ate a pretty small portion thank god. sure wanted more!! loaded up on those brussel sprouts and carrots. yeehaw.

SUCCESS JOURNAL
-got a major project done at work today that saved my company a few thousand bucks and will help to make us paperless and more environmentally friendly. yeah!

-felt good all day about the weight loss. this does feel do-able and not like i'm going to just keep losing the same 10 lbs over and over again.

-really got in touch with the "naturally slender" me. i just want to keep imagining that i am already there and i will just automatically do it. that feels very exciting to me. yes.
