ooooohhhh, went to one of our favorite restaurants last night. I was doing pretty well until the owner of the restaurant brought us THREE desserts!!! (all of the ones we couldn't make our mind up on and we said, "oh, you choose for us"......big mistake). I couldn't help but totally snarf down the pineapple upside down cake, plus have bites of the others. God, it was heavenly, but I was waddling outa there when we left. Thank god I ate relatively lightly during the day.
SUCCESS JOURNAL So, the difference for me now is, I don't freak out when i overeat anymore. Overeating is a part of life especially when I live with a bf who is a foodie and knows restaurant owners. I really got it that I just have to self correct, that everyone overeats at times and i don't have to hate myself for it. Which hating myself just makes me want to overeat again. slow and steady progress - that's all I ask for.
