Ugh...
One of the things I find most difficult is finding a happy medium between "on" and "off." I realize I should have absolutely zero off days, but I got tripped up this weekend. One little thing happens, like my girlfriend coming in or I miss going to the gym, and suddenly next I'm eating a bowl of cereal for breakfast (fiber one, not lucky charms, but still a lot of carbs) and by the end of the day I'm eating pizza and chocolate. It seems like once I trip up I just go out of control.
Oh well, this is something I'm really going to work on
