So I changed my start up weight to when I started Atkins on 4/20. I lost 10 lbs. the first week, but this past week I have only lost .4 lbs. I am so frustrated. I don't know what to do. I am going to continue to stay on Induction at least until I am comfortable and closer to my goal weight. So in two weeks I have lost a total of 10.4 lbs. Not too bad I guess but disappointing this past week. Ugh!!!
