Hi. Yesterday was the day of the annual physical and even though I thought I had lost weight, I was wrong. Enough is enough. I sincerely hope to retire in 6 years and would like to be healthy enough to enjoy my retirement. If I don't do something about my extra weight soon, that's not going to be likely. So here I am about the start on the tracking, concentrating, focusing path. I can't pretend it will be easy because I am almost 60 years old and most of those years I have never eaten correctly, even though I know how to. Well, it's more than time for a change.
