Sometimes, we really only watch the #'s and when you only loose a lb a week it can be discouraging. I am kinda still on phase II - over 7 wks later, BUT here is the encouraging news - FOR everyone - I have lost 6 inches in my waist, 1 around my rear and 2 1/2 on my legs. My husband and I implimented a cheat day - usually Saturday or Sunday and it is very beneficial to limit those cravings! Best of Luck - keep up the good work PEOPLE!
