Not reeeally feeling like doing this tonight, but that's when it's probably best TO do this.
1. got a lot done at work today, but was there way too long. Employees brought cookies - I ate. I wanted entertainment.
Re-do - take a walk instead - get out of the office for 30 minutes.
2. had a great session with Renee yesterday - getting off this weight feels much more do-able than b4.
