going to struggle today, missed the gym last night and as I've got so obsessive with the thought of gaining weight ( even 0.1kg) I'm thinking what I can eat...with me I have a protein bar and shake? can I last the day? is it worse than eating rubbish eating just what I have and 4 litres of water?

gym tonight and weighing on Sunday...can't be seeing a gain in lbs after good results last week.
