its been a while for my last journal. i am dragged to post some of the updates since today weigh in. it's pretty sad to know all the extra work of losing more weight doesn't turn the way is it. yesterday i was going to my hometown, considering the journey takes a long way to go, I admitted I had crossed the line. Eating sweets food is not one the reason. having a few sips of carbonated drinks contributes the same thing. i had few fried foods that i usually had. And to add more to that, im having at least 200g of white rice for my dinner. Not forgetting a wafer snacks. oh yesterday was enjoyable. i need to go back on track this week. im not working out at this moment. if the situations get worse, i might consider to hit the gym. here it costs RM 15/day and thats a lot if i think of but i do not change the way i eat, then hitting the gym will be the solution to get back on ttrack. i hope by controlling what i eat today, i might lose some weight. i have a few more to reach my goals. dont let it jeopardize everything. my body gets easily bigger if i take food. compared to my brother, he stays fit even he takes a lot of foods.

i hope thia journal remind me to my goal weight and prepare something to overcome this problem. i am battling with myself and hoping i can mantain my weight and get through this week without extra increase from these last weigh in. Cheers.
