how much do you allow yourself on a gym day compared to a none gym day and what type of activity are you doing? I never know how much to eat 🙈

Personally, Anything upto 2000calorieson a gym day, burn off between 500-800 on a 5-7mile run and resistance. Non gym days I try to keep it to around 1400 (give or take) mainly protein intake (minimal carbs anyday)
