I completely cheated the yesterday. I exercised but everything just seemed to get to me. The scale kept going up and I was following my diet. I literally ate a pizza and I just ate pizza all day. Ugh!!! I guess I just miss being home and to top it all off, the day before was Mother's day and I didn't even get a card from my husband. Ugh!!! Maybe I'm just super emotional and gaining because of TOM
