My weight is way down after my trip to Tennessee to be with my father during his surgery. I didn't hardly exercise at all for the past 4 days, but I didn't snack much either. My meals were largely salads. Now I just need to get back into my workout routine.
90,4 kg Indtil videre tabt: 34,4 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 0 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

I do the same thing when I am stressed, I stop eating or just don't eat much.
