I think the So Cal heat is zapping some of my energy this weekend. I ended up doing a few pushups, pullups, pulldowns and reverse row reps after my treadmill workout, but then called it a day at the gym. I will get more exercise tonight when I put my skates on for roller skating, so not too bad for today.

I think I got a little dehydrated yesterday and had no energy by the end of the day, so I ended up not going skating and took a long nap. I feel better today and will hydrate myself plenty today. It is sticky in downtown LA today. yuck :(
