Here I go, reading books again. I am now going to incorporate some things that I read in this book along with WW. This book suggests not combining certain foods together in one meal. There are a few foods that are off limits but nothing that I can't handle. My mother has been doing this for about a month and has lost over 20 lbs. I hope it will work that way for me. I only have another 30lbs to go. My hubby is away with the Army for the next year. What a great surprise it would be for him to come home to a hot looking woman. (I mean me!! lol!!)
