Ok, I guess I am not eating enough!
That is hard because I am having a hard time adjusting from detox to more normal eating.

You are doing great! 12 lbs thats amazing! It does get easier but weight loss does not continue like the first week of detox it does slow down- don't let it get you down.

You are doing such a great job, congrats! Like snjgshue said, the weightloss will slow down as your body adjusts but that is normal. You are still losing at a healthy pace and doing great, congrats!
