I have a lapband as well. I have been eating pretty normal but now I'm focusing on what the band needs. I can't eat pork chops, steak or any bread.
This week I bought other things to focus on protein as I've just been eating sugary carbs. I bought cottage cheese, greek yogurt, protein powder, cheese strings, cashew butter, almonds.
If I'm gonna have meat I'm gonna eat more chicken and fish as it goes down easier.
