Really need to get off the soda. stop drinking soda.
I want to look at my first week or so and see what i was eating and see if going back to it will help. A pound a week is sooooo slow. I'm happy that it's anything - I like to see that line going down in my little graph but I want to lose as much as possible before 6/3!!!
