went on week vaca bro talked me into doing carb manager. this shows more carbs but i can scan on othwr app. problem is this shows more carbs. i dont think i will get into ketosis again.. so confusing!!!! i have been less than 30 carbs since vaca. vaca screwed me. dont see ketones in. urine strips on this new app...if it dont show up after working out tomorrow back to this app... feel like im working extra hard for nothing if im not in ketosis im eating too much fat. and to many carbs so cared im gaining fat ...so confusing bro wants me to buy $1+ worth of prufit keto protein drink cuz i need energy. ready to give up on low carbs and count calories.

your carbs are too high at 30 cut the carbs and the fat is not a problem. you really should get a macro calculator to figure out the correct balance for keto diet plan. generally protein is 20% carbs is 20 total or lower and then the rest is fat.
