Hello FS
Its been ages since I had time for a journal entry. Well I haven't even been on to read journals to keep up with my buddies. I did miss it, & this week will be kind a busy as well, as LB has his mum staying with him & I shall keep her company til he finishes work. We will take her home on saturday & use the opportunity to meet other folks in the aera.
I really need to book flight tickets to go over to Germany with my daughter to see my mum at the end of September. She hasn't seen her grandma in about 4 or 5 years, I went over just before christmas last year, so it is time!!!
It will also be her 24th Birthday. Makes me feel old(er) LOL
Last friday I took LB to the Aqua Sana for his birthday. Its a place with 16 different steam rooms & saunas. He loved it. Haven't seen him soooo relaxed in a long time! Saturday was just a mad blur, trying to put the finishing touches to the house before his family arrived. I went to pick up his & his granddaughters birthday cake & guess what: they managed to get both orders wrong! I was so dissapointed that I couldn't stop crying!!! I wrote them an email, expressing my upset. I got one back. The owner was very sorry & she will look into it, seeing what went wrong. I just wanted everything to be perfect. Sunday was great. I had food pre-ordered & it was just delicious. Needless to say that I ordered way too much & ate way too much, just because it was there & it was soo good ;). But I have never catered for 20 people. Monday more people came to visit & it was more or less a repeat of Sunday. It was a great weekend & LB was so proud in showing of all our hard work! I have not exercised since last thursday & I am getting withdrawel sympton! I try to compensate by doing jumping jacks everytime I go to the loo. LOL. Food wise I am back on track now. Exercise will happen if & when. I hope everyone is keeping well. I promise to catch-up ASAP. :)
