So - here we go - I really do need to loose weight! got on scales this morning and I really, REALLY didn't like the result, although if I'm honest with myself, I knew I'd put weight on.
All I need to do now is work out the GI stuff - I know that restricting carbs means I loose weight - lost loads last time I dieted, but it was a diet where you could only eat carbs during 1 hour a day, and that meant that I stopped having breakfast, lunches were boring as hell, and it was 'carbs come to mama' at dinner time! Not a healthy or easily sustainable diet!
