Always when I go to bed , My weight is about 1 kg more than when I woke up . But the next morning it's normal again.

Every morning as soon as I wake up. I’m on a Keto diet so I lose weight every day. If I was doing weight watchers and losing gradually I would be weighing in once per week.

You lose the most weight over night after you sleep. Most of the weight loss comes from fat breath and some comes from peeing in the bathroom. If you work out in a fasted state then you can weight yourself after your workout.

Always first thing in the morning on a Monday for me, after a pee, always naked, before a shower - trying to minimise the weight as much as possible!!

Once a week, before the sun has sense to come up, always in the birthday suit, after voiding... daily if I'm in a slump.

Just about every morning. I like to weigh in every day so I can see if I'm going in the wrong direction. If I am then I can make corrections in my diet over the next few days to get back on track. I just got back from a cruise and I weighed in the day after I got back but will wait a week to weigh in again. I am eating right again so I'm not concerned that the 3# I gained on the cruise should come off pretty easily and hopefully by 1 week back home, I'll even see a bit more of a reduction from before I left.
