I woke up today in hopes that I had lost SOMETHING!!!! And sure enough I had. It's so hard sometimes, especially when you have a stressful day like I did yesterday. I wanted chocolate and red wine! but I didn't give in to my craving. If I had either on hand it probably would have been a little more tempting...But, I've stocked my pantry/fridge with the things I am allowed to enjoy. If I get through today then I know the hardest part is over, the first 2 days. I've come to LOVE avocado on my salad. It is so tastey to me. Also, I'm eating more veggies-doctors orders! :) Fingers crossed that I lose more tomorrow. Till then...
