It's that time of the month where my body holds on to as much water weight as possible. I am not going to weigh this week just for that reason. I am still on track with everything and hoping for a loss after next week.

I am always gaining during this time. I keep weighing but I think I will start following your lead and stop weighing. it's depressing.

Sometimes I will gain and sometimes I won't but this week is a 5 lb gain. It will come off when it's over. I have just learned my body is going to do whatever it wants to do during this time.
