Had such a lovely weekend. Sunday's 10k was the highlight - then a 4 mile walk later that day -- more than 10 miles logged on Sunday! Yesterday I spent the day with daughter and grandbaby then had a dinner date. Back to work today and back to the routine -- walking club tonight and then a couple hours at my cleaning job. Doing my Standing Pike Crunches at every bathroom break at the office - silly, but I think I am seeing results - stronger abs :)
