Sure, go ahead! I'm having OMAD. Main dish is either salmon or lamb or egg roll. I like to alternate them. The egg roll I usually eat with salmon, just to get enough protein. Side dish always mixed of broccoli, mushroom, asparagus, garlic, and cauliflower (cooked together with coconut oil) then I combined with cherry tomato, onion, cabbage and zuchini.
Last but not least, salad: red and green lettuce, bb spinach, zuchini, tomatoes, onion with hi fat mayo + sriracha sauce or black pepper.
Never feel sleepy nor sluggish after having them 😋
