That does sound surreal - maybe you hit a breaking point and went wild? Well - it's over now so I bet you can get back on track. Try not to think about the takeout/BK/chocolate possession....it's happend and we all can't change the past (as much as we'd like to) and dwelling on it won't do anything to help you either! Lookat your weight history chart- overall you have a good downward slope going and you've lost more so far than some other "fatsecret" folks need to lose to meet thier entire goal.
