My weight went in the wrong direction! This week was my second week of new responsibilities at work so I am still learning a lot. My work schedule is also different from what it has been so I imagine that has some impact to my stress and impacts my weight loss progress.
62,2 kg Indtil videre tabt: 2,2 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 7,8 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

Remember to breathe...sounds silly right? But I'm telling you it helps in so many ways.

Cortisol may be the culprit. Stress and poor sleep ignite Cortisol which signals the body to hold/store fat. When my job was stressful + sleep issues & pain, I went on Paleo & no sugar, grains .... for 2 month. pain decreased but didn't lose 1 lb. Quit my job which led to better sleep and started on here at 1500 calories a day 21/2 weeks ago lost 7 lbs. already.
