Happy Wednesday!! I got up with hubby's alarm this morning even though I am working at home today, so I could go for a walk before sitting down at my desk. I walked a little over 5 miles this morning before work and walked by hubby's work after he got there to wish him a good day. :) Now I am ready to work and have more energy to start my work day. After work I will go to the gym for a session with the trainer.

YEAH - now that;s what I call inspiring me to move it so I can lose it! I already planned to bring my walking shes to work so I can walk out during my break! Thanks for the good journal. I need the help to get myself back to my routine!

Enjoy your walking break today HCB. I usually carry my office shoes with me on days that I go to downtown, so I can walk in my tennis shoes to and from the office. I try to log as many miles as I can squeeze into my busy schedule. :)

That walk sounds like a really great way to start off the day. I miss the simple things like hiking up a hill.
