Just realized this is the lowest I've weighed in almost 3 years! I know I started off on this site at 248, but at my heaviest I was in the 270s...I lost some weight gradually, but had been in the 240s for awhile before I knew I had to do something or I'd be back up to the 270s. I'm still pretty heavy, but I just feel so much better than I did before...no heart burn at night. I can walk up the stairs without losing my breath. I flew recently and the seat belt fit fine. I can't wait to see how I feel when I get under 200 lbs :)
