3:08pm: In terms of being in tune with my body, I had a good day. I easily got up to work out and I think my body needed the exercise. I didn't work out during the weekend nor Monday (I was sick) so after all that rest, it was craving for the cardiovascular exercise and strength training.

When I got to work, I didn't feel hungry as I usually do when I get int o the office. I didn't eat until almost 10am when my stomach was yelling at me. I kept it simple by eating a small banana with peanut butter and this held me over for 4 hours. I found this odd but didn't question it. In all, I feel great and plan to stick with this habit.

Successes
1) Listened carefully to my body for hunger signals.
2) Got up early easily and ready to move!
3) Dealt with financial stress in a calm matter.

Gratitude:
1) For having the tools to understand mind-body connections.
2) For finding it easy to apply those tools today.
3) For having the space to make my connections.
