I keep reading that I should eat 4-6 small meals per day. Where do people find the time. I can't seem to find the time to do this. Sometimes I forget to eat breakfast because I'm so busy. Today it was 10:00 before I realized that I didn't eat so I just had my mid morning snack instead of breakfast. I better get on the ball or I will fail at this diet once again. I refuse to let that happen.

I barely have time to eat 3 meals a day, let alone 6 but I do structure my drinking... this is how I do it! Breakfast between 7 and 8 (come hell or high water, I make sure It is done by 8... even if I am late for work, my health comes first, and then work!) Midmorning drink at 10ish Lunch is at 12:30 (because that is a set time at work for me!) Mid Afternoon drink at 3 Dinner between 7 and 7:30 and Tea just before bed at 9! don't know if that helps!
