I barely have time to eat 3 meals a day, let alone 6 but I do structure my drinking... this is how I do it!
Breakfast between 7 and 8 (come hell or high water, I make sure It is done by 8... even if I am late for work, my health comes first, and then work!)
Midmorning drink at 10ish
Lunch is at 12:30 (because that is a set time at work for me!)
Mid Afternoon drink at 3
Dinner between 7 and 7:30
and Tea just before bed at 9!
