So yesterday I didn’t get to eat very much… I had a protein shake and about 3 servings of chicken breast then I ended up going to work. Get home this morning BAM! 3.4 lbs of weight loss, go to sleep for 8 hours, make that 4 lbs of weight loss. Which I really don’t know why the scale is reading that quick loss all of a sudden unless its just another drop in water weight. I weighed myself 3 different times and kept getting the same reading. I’ve had this happen before where I’d quickly lose 3 or 4 lbs for a day or two and then have it go back up to where its supposed to be. I can’t explain it but I’ll take it. I figured I was beyond the inital loss in water weight from earlier in the diet before I started logging here. I just dunno. I’s Stupified.
