wow finally i saw 170s range in probably 2 years!!! for the last few months i goofed around, really overate on the weekend, only recently started to monitor again, and i am starting to see results, i feel great and i look great, a lot of older clothes fit, but still a way to go (jeans zastiogivayutsya no vesit zhir). goal hochu k poezdke v malaysia byt 170 poundov i around 165 for the new year!
