Not such a good workout today. Seems to be a pattern? No workouts for whatever reason, then a good one to start with, followed by a not-so-good one. I think I really want to get a Wii and try SQ's workouts : ) Anyway, I did some of Jump Start, and about 30 min or so of another BL DVD, then cleaned and went shopping, etc. Stayed busy, but still. Happy my weight was down a bit, but might mean I'm still lucky to lose less than a pound a week. Oh well. Beats hell out of gaining!
