Do others manage to get Net Carbs in Settings to work? No matter what different settings I put things on, whenever I click on "Save", a sign tells me: "Invalid format for e-mail address", so will not accept the "Save". Should I ask in a forum? I had asked in Google but the answer didn't work. Fasted 20 hours. Assuming I am in Ketosis since I did not get dizzy. Stopped eating at 6pm. Got hungry at 9pm, but not really after that, for the 20 hours. Then, the funny thing is, that I had a big tuna salad with nearly 3 TBSP of mayonnaise and a full can of tuna, after the 20 hours of fasting, but was then hungry after only 1 hour. Strange, since it was low carb. I am interested in a challenge of not eating any sweets for a certain length of time. Would we have to list what qualifies as a sweet? Any thing with any type of sugar, maple syrup, honey, agave, etc. Wouldn't Stevia, etc. be okay?
