My recommended RDI is 2400...I would say at the moment I'm low active for exercise, but I'm going to be stepping it up for sure. That seems really high! I set it for 1800 and I'll give it a week and see if I need to adjust. What does everyone else have theirs set to?

The RDI on Fat Secret is very high and most people adjust much lower. Try setting it "sedentary" and see what you get. But 1600-1800 seems reasonable for slow weight loss. Mine is lower because I am very short (5') so I don't need as many calories - plus I am sure I probably get more than what is listed - it is hard to be perfect with the measuring!
