I am sure that I am still not eating enough. But I am eating often, so that might help. My weight loss has stopped for the last few days, and I am feeling a bit swollen. I think it may be PMS. We shall see.

Yesterday, I worked out more than I have since the diet begane. 65 minutes on the treadmill plus strength training. I can't even believe I can actually do that! But, there you have it. I stronger. I was dead after, still am. In a good way, though.
